How does it work?

The car is bought directly from us, as we are not a broker so there is no middleman to pay. We keep overheads to a minimum and work on small profit margins to keep our prices as low as possible, maximising customer discount.

What choices of cars are available?

Large selections of vehicles are available in stock locally, but you are able to order any vehicle - from a Micra to a top-of-the-range Mercedes.

Why is there a charge of £249 on some of the cars?

The £249 'On The Road' pack consists of costs incurred when registering and preparing your new car from online car deals. It covers 6 months road fund licence, £55 government registration fee, number plates, fuel, PDI and valet. As we work on minimum profit margins this cost is passed on to the customer and may vary dependent on the emission output of a vehicle ie. cost of road tax. You will be advised at time of sale as to the exact cost applicable to your new car.

Can I part exchange my old car?

Yes. Just like a main dealer we do take cars as part exchange, but we have streamlined the process and can value your car while you wait. By keeping the overheads down and cutting out the middlemen we can save you thousands of pounds.

What other services do you offer?

We can offer finance packages tailored to suit your personal needs. We can also offer extended warranty - ask for details.
We also supply accessories e.g. mud flaps, mats, CD Players, alloy wheels and Diamond Brite.

How long will I have to wait for my car?

As most models are available immediately, you can normally expect to take delivery within 2 weeks. Some vehicles may however take slightly longer.

I've heard of Diamond Brite, but isn't it just a polish?

When you polish a car 98% of the time you are taking paint off and scratching the surface, but Diamond Brite is a 3 stage preparation that protects the exterior of your car from the sun's rays, certain acidic substances and keeps your car in showroom condition for years without polishing it.
Also, the interior is Scotch guarded to protect the upholstery and carpets from spillages like coffee or pop and even muddy shoes leaving a permanent stain.

How do I buy my new car?

To order your car, we take a small deposit usually of £250 over the telephone. Unlike many other car dealers, you do not pay the balance until you have received delivery, inspected and are fully satisfied with your new car.
